Jessica

I help people get out of pain and improve performance by teaching them how to play with their brains. I use practical tools and techniques taken from cutting-edge neuroscience to help people understand and overcome their obstacles to better health and performance. I work with a wide variety of clients, ranging from people stuck in pain to elite-level athletes and performers looking for an edge-up. It is my personal mission to share this information with anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with their brains and bodies.

Meg

With close to 30 years in the fitness industry and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy, Meg has been supporting and encouraging others to move and learn about their bodies through every age and stage. Whether in the Group Fit studio, Pilates Reformer studio, or one on one
sessions, she is able to help healthy and rehabbing individuals find more ease of movement. We change and grow in so many different ways as we age. One of my favorite things is to help
others stay fit and healthy through every age and every stage!

Loan

Loan fell in love with yoga and began her practice in 2003. In 2010 she moved to the US with her husband Jay and her son Ryuta. After completing yoga training with Leah Gilman, she started teaching yoga in 2010. She continued teaching as well as continued her study of Yoga. Her studies include over 1000 hours through Yoga Works and attending many works

Laura

Laura found fitness, dance and movement as medicine as a young teen. She quickly learned that movement helped her navigate the challenges she faced and always helped her manage her anxiety in ways nothing else could. Her own path of self discovery, healing and growth has been rooted in wellness practices such as massage and bodywork, dance, strength training, nutrition and mindset work.

I’d love to help you get excited about becoming your best self. Total well being includes good health and fitness . I strive to help others find a movement and fitness activities that suit their lifestyle.

Jamie

I discovered a love for Pilates while in college, but it wasn’t until I moved to San Francisco in 2011 that I considered becoming an instructor. I was inspired by the Bay Area’s commitment to health and wellness, and started participating in various running events in San Francisco and beyond. My passion for running motivated me to make a career change and transition to the fitness industry. I now teach Reformer and Mat Pilates, Barre, functional movement, and, of course, I love to run!

Yuki

I was raised by 2 artists and lived in 3 different continents – Japan, Peru, and the U.S. I started my career as a professional dancer in Tokyo that inevitably led me to Pilates through a bulging disc. Having a deep interest in consciousness later took me to study the interconnection between stress and soul through my graduate school in holistic health education. Guiding people to realize the divine self in them is my calling. The body is a reflection of the mind – more importantly the alignment of the mind with the spiritual part of us.
