Whole-Body Integration

Movement begins with a conscious relationship to gravity and an attunement to the body’s internal support systems. This integration invites the entire body to participate in motion—balanced, efficient, and aware.

Alignment & Structural Awareness

Posture and alignment are experienced from the inside out. Rather than imposing shape, Pilates cultivates a felt sense of structural balance—an embodied sensation of how the body organizes itself in space and in motion.

Spinal Articulation & Mobility
